ReadyForIT is an innovative training and inclusion program designed to create job opportunities in the IT sector, targeting young people who are neither studying nor working. In 2024, the share of young people in Italy aged 15 to 29 considered inactive is estimated at 15.2 percent of the total population.*
The ReadyForIT program aims to engage NEET youth, encourage their active participation in society, and guide them toward a professional future in the field of information technology.

The Future of Jobs Report 2025 highlights the ability to understand, use, and manage artificial intelligence applications as one of the most in-demand skills. For this reason, the 2025 edition of ReadyForIT is dedicated to AI and business automation, offering young people the opportunity to develop the skills most sought after in today’s job market.
Over the course of three months, participants learn to use the main AI and no-code tools to automate workflows, without writing code, and to develop processes using low-code/no-code technologies. The training program is based on a practical approach, focused on the needs of companies and on building both technical and soft skills.
The program is supported by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS and UNHATE Foundation.
The course, delivered by Academy Rapido, a Tech Academy specialized in IT and AI topics, is conducted remotely, alternating between live and on-demand content, and is completely free. Participants also have access to in-depth materials provided by Fastweb Digital Academy.
Requirements to participate:
Be between 19 and 34 years old
Be able to read and speak Italian fluently
Have at least a B1 level of English
Be able to dedicate approximately 6 hours per day to study
Be able to attend 2 live meetings per week
Own a PC or tablet to follow lessons and complete exercises
Learn the basic concepts, ask questions to clear your doubts, and interact with your classmates
Put into practice what you have learned by creating projects based on real work cases
Participate in weekly meetings with business coaches and your peers to work on the soft skills most in demand by companies
Optimize your resume by highlighting your skills with the help of HR experts specialized in ICT profiles

Absolutely yes. The course is offered free of charge, upon selection, thanks to the ReadyForIT program, which aims to ensure equal access to training opportunities for young people between the ages of 19 and 34. The program is led and supported by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS
The course to become an AI Automation Specialist starts from scratch, and no prior knowledge is required to complete it.
The course lasts 3 months, during which participants will attend online meetings, apply the knowledge gained to practical projects, and begin to engage with real business dynamics.
Once the course is completed, the ReadyForIT program includes sharing participants' CVs with companies in the network that may be interested in hiring professionals in the AI field.
The course requires mandatory participation in:
1 tech meeting per week
1 business meeting every two weeks
Both meetings last 1.5 hours.
Each week, you will meet with tech advisors and your peers to clarify any doubts and exchange ideas. Additionally, you will always have access to a chat managed by your talent manager and a chatbot where you can ask questions about both technical and organizational matters.
The course is held entirely online on dedicated platforms.
Certainly, we will provide all students who complete the course with a certificate of participation.
