ReadyForIT is an innovative training and inclusion program designed to create job opportunities in the IT sector, targeting young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), who represent 25.1% of the population aged 15 to 34 in Italy.
Promoted by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS and Fondazione Vodafone Italia, with contributions from Fondazione Adecco and Accenture Italia, ReadyForIT aims to engage young NEETs, encourage their active participation in society, and guide them towards a professional future in the field of information technology.
Access to the program takes place through a selection phase based on an interactive game (Game LV8). Selected participants receive:
Professional online training courses lasting 4 or 6 months;
Personalized tutoring throughout the entire program;
Support for job placement at the end of the training.
The training is divided into two independent levels, designed to meet different needs and skill levels:
Duration: 4 months (remote mode, both synchronous and asynchronous)

Content:
Development of soft skills (motivation, self-esteem, teamwork)
IT Support and Cybersecurity
Obtaining 3 international CISCO certifications
Practical activities, both individual and group, with personalized tutoring
Job preparation (Personal Branding and Employment Strategy)
Requirements: knowledge of the Italian language (minimum B1 level)
At the end of the course, participants can choose to start looking for a job or continue their training with a Level 2 course.
Duration: 6 months (remote mode, both synchronous and asynchronous)
Cost: borne by the student, covered by interest-free loans (Income Share Agreement - ISA), to be repaid in small installments only after reaching an agreed minimum salary
